Account information (such as your email address) when you sign up; the contracts, deals, measurements, and files you create in the Service; and basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the product.
How we use your information
To provide and maintain the Service, to operate your deals and documents, to communicate with you about your account, and to secure and improve the product.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the Service: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), eSignatures.com (e-signature delivery), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI features, only when you turn them on). Each receives only the data needed for its function.
Where your data lives and how it is protected
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per account by database row-level security, and evidence files are kept in private storage served only through short-lived signed links. See our Security page for details.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with law.
Your rights

Cookies and sessions
